LINC Housing

	LINC Housing Corporation is a nonprofit organization that builds, owns and operates affordable housing for seniors and families throughout California. LINC also offers its residents life-enhancing services through the LINC Cares program. LINC is committed to creating and preserving housing that is affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement.

LINC Housing has a 25-year history of creating communities for thousands of families and seniors throughout California. LINC is committed to building and preserving housing that is affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement. And through our LINC Cares program, we’re also providing life-enhancing services that improve the quality of life for our residents.

California’s population reached 36.5 million in 2007 and is expected to climb to 49 million by the year 2025. Even with the ups and downs of our economy, California continues to be the land of opportunity for immigrants, techies, entertainers, engineers, farmers and their families…and they all need housing.
